Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation. A date is held as pending until the booking manager reviews and confirms it. Rental fees and any refundable deposit are arranged directly with the booking manager — no payment is collected through this website for hall rentals.

Community sponsorship acknowledgements are provided as a thank-you to supporting businesses and are not paid advertising.
